or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use our
services.
2. Memberships and Class Bookings
Memberships, class packages, and drop-in sessions are subject to availability and our
cancellation policies.
Studio Ritual reserves the right to modify pricing, schedules, instructors, memberships, and
services at any time.
3. Payments
All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors.
You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your selected
payment method for purchases and recurring memberships.
4. Health Disclaimer
By participating in Studio Ritual classes, you acknowledge that:
• You voluntarily participate in physical exercise.
• You assume all risks associated with participation.
• You are responsible for consulting a physician before beginning any exercise program if
you have medical concerns.
• You agree to stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or
discomfort.
Participation is at your own risk.
5. Code of Conduct
We strive to create a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment.We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships without refund for behavior that
threatens the safety, comfort, or wellbeing of staff or members.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, branding, graphics, photographs, videos, and written materials are the
exclusive property of Studio Ritual and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without
written permission.
7. Website Use
You agree not to:
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with website operation
• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Copy or misuse website content
8. Limitation of Liability

10. SMS Terms and Conditions
Program Description
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Studio Ritual (“we,”
“us,” “our”) at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include appointment reminders,
booking confirmations, waitlist notifications, membership updates, promotional offers, account
alerts, customer support follow-ups, and other studio-related communications. Consent to receive
these messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message Frequency
You may receive up to 8 messages per month. Message frequency may vary depending on your
activity and interactions with us.Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service
provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan.
How to Opt Out and Get Help
You can unsubscribe from the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message we
send you. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no
further messages will be sent.
If you want to rejoin, you can sign up again using the original opt-in method or reply START.
